We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Retail Coordinator to support our stores at Carousel & Booragoon in WA.
This is a great opportunity for someone with retail experience who is ready to step up, take ownership and be a key part of the day-to-day running of the stores.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a practical, on-the-floor role where you will be actively involved in all areas of store operations.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service and driving sales
- Processing transactions and handling day-to-day store operations
- Supporting store presentation and visual merchandising
- Assisting with stock organisation and management
- Completing banking and operational tasks
- Supporting vendor relationships and in-store experience
- Assisting with bump-ins and store changes
- Supporting and guiding retail team members
You’ll be working across both locations and helping ensure the stores run smoothly, professionally and to a high standard.

- Have previous retail experience
- Be confident speaking with customers and making sales
- Be reliable, organised and proactive
- Take pride in store presentation and standards
- Be comfortable taking initiative and supporting others
- Enjoy being hands-on and involved throughout your shift
