Responsibilities
- Filling, capping and labelling bottles, tins and boxes on our semi-automatic line
- Building cartons, packing finished product and stacking secure pallets for dispatch
- Picking and packing wholesale and customer orders, printing and applying shipping labels
- Checking every unit is leak-free, clean and shelf-ready, and fixing it when it isn't
- Assembling gift boxes and retail kits
- Receiving deliveries, counting stock and keeping inventory records accurate
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
- Flagging safety issues early and telling us when you spot a faster way to run something
You Will Possess
- An ability to work with speed, urgency and accuracy.
- Minimum 12 months experience working in a warehouse / distribution centre.
- A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality to ensure that every product is consistently shelf-ready.
- An eye for process. If you can see a better way to set up a line, we want to hear it.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Autonomy and self-management to maintain a high output of work even when unattended.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to take direction and learn fast.
- Hold flexible work hours.
- A good level of physical strength and fitness.
Highly Desirable
- A curiosity to analyse and optimise processes.
- A desire to learn and take direction.
- An understanding of OHS legislative requirements.

Pay: $33.85 per hour
