Job description:
We are looking for a reliable and well-organised Admin Assistant to support our day-to-day business operations.
This role is suitable for someone who is confident with communication, good with basic computer work, and able to follow up with clients in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and sending invoices to clients
- Preparing and sending quotations
- Following up invoices and outstanding quotations
- Calling clients, builders, consultants and other stakeholders as required
- Responding to emails and basic client enquiries
- Maintaining client records and project information
- Assisting with general admin tasks
- Coordinating appointments, site visits and follow-ups
- Keeping track of pending tasks and updating the team regularly
Requirements:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Confident speaking with clients over the phone
- Basic computer skills, including email, Word, Excel and PDF handling
- Well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous admin experience is preferred but not essential
- Experience in construction, engineering, real estate or professional services will be an advantage
