Care Tribe Services is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to provide Personal Care Assistance (PCA) and Respite Support for a client located in Kinglake, VIC.
Position Details
- Location: Kinglake, VIC
- Services: Personal Care Assistance (PCA) & Respite
- Employment Type: Casual
- Start: As soon as possible
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and daily living assistance.
- Deliver respite support in a respectful and professional manner.
- Promote the client's independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate service notes and documentation.
- Follow all Care Tribe Services policies and procedures.
Essential Requirements
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent) (preferred)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- National Police Check
- Working With Children Check (if applicable)
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
- Right to work in Australia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and client-focused approach
