Do you want a career that means more? At Anglicare Sydney, we bring the strength, the support and the strategy to make it happen.
For over 170 years, Anglicare has supported people and communities across Sydney and the surrounds. We are looking for a Workplace AI Product Owner to own and manage the Workplace AI product within our Digital and AI Enablement team.
The Workplace AI Product Owner is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of Anglicare’s workplace AI product ecosystem. Operating within Digital and AI Enablement group of products, this role has organisation-wide reach and manages a growing portfolio of workplace AI capabilities, adoption pathways, enablement assets, governance processes, and approved automation scenarios that improve productivity, decision support, and staff effectiveness.
As part of a purpose-driven organisation, you will be working in a people-centred, collaborative, and values-led environment where your work directly contributes to enriching lives and strengthening communities.
The Workplace AI Product Owner will maximise organisational value from workplace AI, by owning the systems, experiences, and enablement approaches that help staff adopt endorsed AI capabilities safely, practically, and at scale, continuously improving how workplace AI supports productivity, decision quality, and operational effectiveness through shared governance, insight, and product-led delivery.
With ownership, you will manage the following:
Product Ownership and Delivery
Translate the Workplace AI strategy and roadmap into prioritised initiatives, use cases, and delivery activities, ensuring the highest-value opportunities are progressed first.
Manage the full lifecycle of roadmap items with continual review, optimisation, and scaling of Workplace AI capabilities, while retiring or reshaping low-value approaches where appropriate.
Collaborate with delivery, architecture, and engineering teams to shape solutions that are valuable, usable, feasible, and scalable within the broader digital ecosystem.
Maintain an understanding of organisational priorities, workforce needs, AI market developments, and internal constraints to ensure the product evolves in line with strategic direction.
Design and deliver role-based adoption and enablement approaches, including training pathways, communities of practice, champions, practical playbooks, and targeted support materials.
Lead internal communications and engagement for Workplace AI, sharing practical guidance, success stories, updates, and use case examples that build awareness and confidence.
Establish fair and transparent prioritisation for rollout, licensing, and training so adoption is value-led, scalable, and equitable across teams
