Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies, is seeking a highly skilled Draftsperson to join our Domaine Homes team in Norwest.
This role offers the chance to lead and mentor within our drafting division, working on a wide range of residential projects and ensuring our designs continue to set the standard in the industry.
What you’ll do:

Assist in transition to REVIT by creating masters and preparing documents
- Prepare accurate architectural drawings for residential home designs
- Amend plans to reflect client selections and sales variations
- Ensure drawings comply with NCC, Australian Standards and council requirements
- Work closely with Sales, Estimating and Construction teams
- Use Revit and AutoCAD daily to produce and maintain documentation
- Support continuous improvement of drafting standards and processes
About you:

Australian residential drafting experience (project or volume builder preferred)
- Certificate IV or Associate Diploma in Architectural Drafting (or equivalent)
- Strong working knowledge of Revit (essential)
- Intermediate to strong working knowledge of AutoCAD (essential)
- Sound understanding of NCC and residential building standards
- High attention to detail with strong time management skills
- Collaborative, adaptable and keen to grow your drafting career
