About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will support the day-to-day operation of food and beverage services across GMHBA Stadium. Working closely with operational and culinary teams, you’ll help lead staff, coordinate service delivery, and ensure guests receive a high-quality hospitality experience at every event.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support front-of-house food and beverage teams during events and functions
- Deliver high standards of customer service and operational excellence
- Assist with the coordination and execution of functions and stadium events
- Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain compliance with workplace health, safety, and food hygiene standards
- Support stock and equipment management to ensure operational efficiency
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in hospitality, ideally in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A hands-on, proactive approach and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Current RSA certification (essential)
- Food safety and first aid certifications (desirable)
