Laundry Operator - Residential Aged Care Home Caulfield
Permanent Part-Time positions to support your lifestyle
Available Rosters (18 hours per fortnight):
Roster 1: Tue, Wed & Sat (Week 1) + Tue (Week 2)
Roster 2: Fri (Week 1) + Wed, Fri & Sat (Week 2)
All shifts: 9:00am –1:30pm

About the role
As a Laundry Operator, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene for our residents and clients. You'll be responsible for washing, drying, pressing, and distributing linens and personal clothing while ensuring exceptional care and attention to detail.
You will be a great fit if you have:
Previous laundry or hospitality experience preferred but not essential
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical fitness for lifting and standing
Genuine care for residents and their wellbeing
Experience sorting, washing, and processing laundry using industrial equipment
Ensure proper handling of residents' personal belongings
Maintain inventory of clean linens and supplies
Follow strict infection control and safety protocols
