Based in Perth, most of our flying sees you home the same day. If you’re looking for variety in aviation without being away from home for days at a time, this could be the role for you.
We’re looking for people who enjoy working with others, stay calm under pressure, and take pride in delivering a safe and positive experience onboard.
As men are currently underrepresented in our Cabin Crew team, we particularly encourage applications from men interested in pursuing a career in aviation and customer service.
What you’ll be doing

Welcoming passengers and setting the tone for the flight.
- Delivering clear safety briefings and ensuring compliance.
- Providing a high standard of customer service.
- Supporting passengers with additional needs.
- Working as part of a close-knit crew.
- Managing unexpected situations calmly and professionally.
What we’re looking for

A strong customer service background (hospitality, retail, healthcare or similar).
- Confident, calm and able to think clearly under pressure.
- Friendly, approachable and team-focused.
- Safety-focused with great attention to detail.
Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- At least 3 years’ work experience in a customer-facing role.
- RSA and First Aid/CPR (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to meet roster requirements, including very early starts, weekends and peak periods.
Desirable (but not essential)

Certificate III in Aviation (Cabin Crew)
- Having prior aviation experience is beneficial.
