Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects across ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Engage with stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and success criteria
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore) including developers, architects, and SMEs
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, best practices, and quality standards
- Drive issue resolution, escalation management, and decision-making
- Provide regular status reporting and executive updates
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience delivering ServiceNow projects across ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and implementation lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing Agile and/or hybrid delivery models
- Ability to balance technical delivery with business outcomes
