Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant – Nature’s Hair

Nature’s Hair is looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused Full-Time Retail Sales Assistants to join our team, with positions available across our five Sydney locations.
We specialise in hair extensions, wigs and professional hair-care products for curly, textured and Afro hair. Our customers come to us not only for products, but also for knowledgeable advice and genuine assistance in finding the right solutions for their individual hair needs.
About the Role
This is a hands-on retail position where excellent customer service is our priority.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing friendly, professional and knowledgeable customer service
- Assisting customers with the selection of hair products, wigs and hair extensions
- Learning our extensive product range and providing appropriate product recommendations
- Processing sales and operating our point-of-sale system
- Restocking, merchandising and maintaining store presentation
- Receiving, unpacking and organising stock
- Keeping the store clean, organised and welcoming
- Assisting with general day-to-day retail operations
- Working as part of the Nature’s Hair retail team
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have a genuine passion for customer service
- Are friendly, confident and comfortable engaging with a diverse range of customers
- Are reliable, punctual and have a strong work ethic
- Are willing to learn about curly, textured and Afro hair and our extensive product range
- Can work independently as well as part of a team
- Are open to working some weekends as part of their full-time roster
- Have a professional, positive and enthusiastic attitude
Previous retail, hair, beauty or customer service experience would be highly regarded, but attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn are equally important.

Roster: Full-time hours, with some weekend availability required
Pay: Applicable industry award rate
