What we’re looking for
- Previous experience running a section in a busy restaurant
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to stay calm and composed during busy services
- Availability on Friday and Saturday nights is essential
