The Financial Investment Manager is responsible for supporting the company's financial and investment activities to drive business growth within the telecommunications and digital infrastructure sector. The role involves financial analysis, investment evaluation, capital planning, stakeholder management, and providing commercial advice to support strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor economic and market conditions and assess their impact on the telecommunications and digital infrastructure sectors.
2. Conduct industry and competitor research to identify investment opportunities and support business growth.
3. Evaluate prospective investments, joint ventures, and strategic projects from both financial and commercial perspectives.
4. Prepare financial models, forecasts, budgets, and feasibility analyses to support investment and business decisions.
5. Provide advice on funding arrangements, capital allocation, and financial strategies to support business objectives.
6. Maintain effective relationships with investors, financial institutions, auditors, joint venture partners, and external advisers.
7. Support investor reporting, financial planning, and capital management activities.
8. Monitor regulatory and industry developments and provide commercial recommendations to management.
9. Assist in improving financial reporting processes, internal controls, and corporate governance practices.
10. Work with investment banks, financial institutions, and external advisers on financing and strategic business initiatives.
11. Prepare financial and investment reports for senior management to support business planning and decision-making.
12. Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend practical solutions to support the company's long-term growth.
13. Engage & Maintain business relationship and opportunities in ASEAN and Indonesia
Candidates will have:
1. Strong financial and investment analysis skills.
2. Experience in financial modelling and business planning.
3. Good commercial and strategic judgement.
4. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
5. Knowledge of corporate finance and investment principles.
6. The ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Strong knowledge and proven track record in business & investments in Indonesia and/or ASEAN
Pay: $75,387.71 – $176,129.39 per year
