About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Quality Lead to join our Enterprise Risk team. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Risk, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing Sundale's Quality, Risk and Compliance Frameworks across aged care, community services and retirement living operations.
You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to ensure effective quality management practices, audit processes, document control, customer feedback systems, risk management activities and continuous improvement initiatives are embedded and sustained.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the administration, review and continuous improvement of Sundale's Quality, Risk and Compliance System (ionMy).
- Drive the implementation and maintenance of Document Management Systems, including stakeholder coaching and support.
- Coordinate and conduct internal audits as part of the Enterprise Audit Program.
- Oversee customer feedback and continuous improvement systems and processes.
- Support risk management initiatives, assurance activities and compliance requirements across the organisation.
- Conduct reviews and investigations relating to quality, governance, risk and compliance matters.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, minutes and governance documentation.
- Develop strong working relationships and provide guidance to stakeholders across the business.·
Required qualifications or certificates
- Qualifications in Quality Management and/or Quality Auditing or currently working towards completion.
- National Police Check
- Pre‑employment medical assessment
- Experience in, or strong exposure to, quality management.
- Experience in developing operational processes and procedures.
- Experience in, or strong exposure to, internal auditing.
- Experience within Aged Care, Support at Home and/or Retirement Living sectors highly regarded.
