As we expand our distribution footprint in South Australia, we are looking for a reliable, customer-focused Warehouse & Operations Supervisor to help us bring the Trugrade experience to the local community.
What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on role in our new SA distribution centre where you will ensure our clients—including those in aged care, disability sectors, and post-surgery patients—get exactly what they need:
- Pick, Pack & Dispatch: Accurately prepare orders with the "attention to detail" our customers have come to expect.
- Inventory Control: Manage stock levels and replenishment to maintain our "reliable product availability".
- Client Support: Handle phone enquiries and data entry with the "friendly and knowledgeable" approach that defines our brand.
- Operations & Safety: Lead safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 5 years in warehousing (picking, packing, and dispatch), ideally with leadership responsibilities
- Physically Fit: Capable of handling the daily demands of a busy distribution hub.
- Tech capabilities: Comfortable with data entry and invoicing systems.
- Customer First: A genuine desire to support our community; you understand that every box contains essential supplies for someone's well-being.
- Driver’s License & Rights: Current license and valid Australian work rights are essential.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
