Miss Frank Café is looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our friendly and fast-paced team.
We're searching for someone who enjoys working under pressure, takes pride in their coffee, and works well as part of a team.
About the role
- Preparing high-quality espresso-based coffee in a busy café environment Maintaining consistency and speed during peak service Assisting with daily opening and closing duties Supporting the floor team when required (we value teamwork) Keeping the coffee station clean, organised and well stocked
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of specialty coffee experience Confident dialling in grinders and adjusting extraction throughout the day Able to steam milk consistently and produce quality latte art Calm under pressure with excellent time management Positive attitude and strong communication skills Reliable, punctual and willing to work weekends Australian working rights
