In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering high quality project, administrative and operational support across the Fleet Services Team in Regional Road Network Maintenance unit, this role plays an important part in ensuring projects and day to day activities are delivered efficiently, accurately and on time.
This role will see you provide comprehensive administrative and project support to the team by coordinating resources, supplier payments, travel and training arrangements, maintaining project documentation and records, and supporting procurement and invoicing processes. You’ll assist with gathering and collating data, preparing reports and updates, processing invoices, supporting procurement and managing vendors, largely using TFAMS (Total Fleet Asset Management Systems), responding to stakeholder requests, and supporting teams to track milestones and meet agreed outcomes. The role offers opportunities to build experience across project coordination, reporting, records management and stakeholder engagement.
You will support the delivery of accurate, timely and well coordinated project outcomes, ensuring financial accuracy and minimum variations, governance compliance in terms of approval delegations, helping to build strong information flow, compliant documentation and efficient business processes in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines, competing priorities and sensitive information requiring sound judgment and discretion.

About you
Your strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities, formed across administration, project support, clerical or operational roles, will see you excel in managing documentation, coordinating activities, supporting reporting requirements and responding to stakeholder needs, leading to smooth project delivery, informed decision making and effective operational support.
You’re recognised as a reliable and proactive support professional, skilled at communicating clearly, financial acumen, using corporate systems effectively, maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively, with experience contributing to project coordination, administrative delivery and team outcomes in busy, deadline driven environments. Experience supporting fleet services specially focussing Fleet trucks and plant equipment with hands on experience in TFAMS and SAP (Objective) would be highly regarded.
