About the Role
We're looking for an
Associate Business Analyst to join a Federal Government technology program in Canberra. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their Business Analysis career while working on large-scale, meaningful projects alongside experienced professionals.
You'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to analyse business needs, gather requirements and help deliver solutions that drive positive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business needs, problems and opportunities.
- Gather, document and validate business requirements.
- Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand business objectives.
- Support business process analysis and business modelling activities.
- Identify opportunities for business improvement and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure requirements are delivered successfully.
- Assist with requirements prioritisation, traceability and change management activities.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Current NV1 Security Clearance (mandatory).
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Associate Business Analyst.
- Understanding of business analysis methodologies and requirements gathering.
- Exposure to Business Modelling and Business Situation Analysis.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to analyse information and document clear business requirements.
- Australian Citizenship.
