The Nursing and Midwifery education team support the professional development of nursing and midwifery staff working in general acute, specialist areas and community environments across urban, rural, and regional centres.
About you:
In your new role you will:
Supports the professional development of midwifery staff, including Clinical Facilitators, novice/less experienced staff, post-graduate, and undergraduate midwifery students and AINs, working within the maternity units across CHHHS.
Collaborates with appropriate stakeholders at the statewide network to develop and implement assessment, standards for practice, planning, review, and evaluation of educational programs for midwifery staff working within maternity services.
Promotes a learning environment through clinical support, instruction, and feedback including mentoring of novice/less experienced midwifery staff working within the maternity services across CHHHS.
