Selection Criteria

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or demonstrated minimum 2 years experience in the field of research and/or clinical trials.

Well developed interpersonal, consultation, facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

Demonstrated understanding and experience in the ethical requirements for research including the NHMRC National Statement and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

Demonstrated knowledge and ability to mentor members of the research team to enhance professional development.

Computer skills including proficiency in the use of MS Word and Excel, email, and understanding of database utilisation such as electronic Case Report Forms (eCRF).

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with proven capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve departmental goals with a customer focused approach.

Ability to engage with all stakeholders involved with clinical trial management to meet contractual and protocol requirements.
