Looking for an experienced Construction Estimator / Tender & Contracts Administrator to join our team.
Need someone that knows how to read plans properly, do take-offs, prepare quotes, read contracts, put together tenders and handle the admin side of projects.
Experience in construction is a must. Demolition or civil experience is a bonus.
Need someone organised, reliable and able to work without being micromanaged. Must be good with paperwork, communication and meeting deadlines.
Role can be flexible for the right person.

- Deception Bay QLD 4508: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
Experience:
- Construction estimating: 3 years (Preferred)
- Sales administration: 2 years (Preferred)
