Karan-An Asian Boutique Restaurant is a growing, family-owned restaurant specialising in Filipino and Asian cuisine. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Assist with menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal specials.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control are maintained.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and WHS regulations.
- Manage stock rotation, inventory, and minimise food wastage.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Train and support junior kitchen staff where required.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant chef experience.
- Strong understanding of commercial kitchen operations.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Experience with Filipino or Asian cuisine is highly regarded but not essential.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
