About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Be a Registered Nurse with specialist continence nursing training
- Have a minimum of 3+ years continence nursing experience is preferred
- Be an Australian citizen
- Have a current AHPRA nursing registration must be held at the time of application and maintained throughout employment
- Hold a valid Police Check and Working With Children Check
- Conduct continence assessments and develop person-centred reports and care plans
- Provide education and support to clients, families, and support teams
- Deliver evidence-based continence interventions and recommendations
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Support clients to improve independence, dignity, comfort, and quality of life
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting

Essential Requirements
- Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration
- Additional qualifications in continence management
- Experience in community- based continence care and related clinical areas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your schedule effectively
- Current driver’s licence and a car and willingness to travel within the community
