de SALT Cafe is looking for an experienced and reliable Cafe All Rounder to join our busy and friendly team.
We are seeking someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can consistently provide excellent customer service, even during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking customer orders and handling POS transactions
- Serving food and beverages
- Assisting with beverage preparation and supporting the team during service
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Providing friendly and professional customer service at all times
Essential Requirements
- Previous café or hospitality experience preferred
- Good knowledge of coffee and café operations
- Good understanding of menu items and ability to confidently explain dishes to customers
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm, friendly and professional under pressure
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented
- Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness
- Must hold a current RSA certificate
