Your impact
We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Lead, Site Supply Chain to lead and manage all site-based supply chain functional areas at Boddington. In this key leadership role, you will develop and execute site-specific supply chain strategies, ensure alignment with regional and enterprise priorities, oversee sourcing and procurement activity, manage site budgets and expenditure, strengthen supplier relationships, and build a capable, engaged and high-performing team.

Lead the development and execution of site supply chain strategies and ensure enterprise supply chain initiatives are effectively implemented at site level.

Partner closely with regional and site stakeholders to align commercial, business unit and operational priorities.

Oversee site sourcing and procurement activities, including support for sustaining capital projects, supplier engagement, contract negotiation and ongoing vendor relationship management.

Drive strong governance across budgeting, forecasting, expenditure monitoring and capital review processes to ensure supply chain activities operate within agreed annual budgets.

Promote a strong safety and sustainability culture by ensuring team members and contractors adhere to site safety requirements, critical controls and continuous improvement expectations.

Support local supplier development and strengthen strategic partnerships that deliver value to site operations and align with broader regional and corporate principles.

Lead, coach and develop a small team, fostering an inclusive, accountable and collaborative environment where people feel safe to contribute and grow.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA are advantageous.

Strong experience in procurement, sourcing, contract management and supplier relationship management, ideally within mining, heavy industry, oil and gas, engineering or a related operational environment.

Demonstrated leadership experience in a site-based role supporting operational continuity through effective materials, services and contractor management.

Strong commercial acumen, including experience with negotiation, cost control, contractor performance management, KPI oversight, audits and budget discipline.

Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems, contract management tools and end-to-end purchasing processes.

Strong knowledge of local procurement practices, supplier development, market dynamics and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to build effective internal and external partnerships.

Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership capability, with the ability to coach, influence and drive outcomes across a range of functions and stakeholders.
Your work environment
Working on a hybrid roster predominantly based on site, you will be required to spend approximately 3 days per week onsite with the opportunity to live locally or utilise DIDO accommodation, this role supports a balanced lifestyle while contributing to safe and efficient mining operations. Your initial normal work roster will be five (5) days on, two (2) days off, four (4) days on, three (3) days off (i.e. 5:2, 4:3) based on a nominal eighty hours per fortnight. Your roster will include time worked on site, at the regional office, and from home.
