Front of House / Deli Manager – Lenard’s Redlynch

Lenard’s Redlynch is seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Front of House / Deli Manager to lead our deli team and assist with the preparation of our fresh, handmade products. This role is ideal for someone with experience in retail, deli, butchery, hospitality or commercial kitchens who enjoys working with people and leading by example.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the front of house team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and produce Lenard’s fresh chicken products to company recipes and standards.
- Maintain attractive, well-stocked displays and merchandising.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness and quality standards are maintained.
- Train, coach and support team members.
- Monitor stock levels, stock rotation and minimise waste.
- Complete daily operational and food safety checklists.
- Drive sales through product knowledge and customer engagement.
About You
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience in retail, deli, butchery, hospitality or food production.
- A passion for customer service and fresh food.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and motivate a team.
- Food Safety Supervisor qualification (or willingness to obtain) is highly regarded.
