Support Worker Opportunity – Help Someone Achieve Their Employment Goals
Pacific Home Care Solutions is looking for a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to support a participant on their employment journey.
Due to limited NDIS funding, the shift is 1 hour per visit 3 days per week almost 6 hours per week and potential for more and involves:
- Picking the participant up from the train station
- Transporting and supporting them to get to their workplace and vice versa
- This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference by helping someone maintain their employment and independence.
