About the Role:
We are seeking a kind, respectful, and reliable FEMALE NDIS Support Worker to assist woman living with disability to stay connected to her community and have mental health issues. Preferably if the lady Support worker can speak Arabic that's a plus point.
This role involves providing gentle support, companionship, and transportation, and would suit someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships and helping others feel included and valued.
Key Responsibilities:

- Support with mobility, if required (light assistance)
- Maintain respectful and professional boundaries
About You:
- Warm, patient, and respectful in nature
- Comfortable working with older adults
- Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills
- Able to work independently and follow client preferences
- Sensitive to cultural and spiritual needs
Requirements:
- Current Driver’s Licence + Reliable Vehicle (with insurance)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (if required)
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Previous experience supporting older adults (preferred but not essential)

Pay: $29.00 – $32.00 per hour
