We are currently seeking at least one qualified Carpenter/Joiner to join our dynamic and skilled team on a full time basis. If you are passionate about carpentry and joinery, take pride in your work, and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.
About your role
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong worth ethic, initiative and the ability to work autonomously. In return, the successful candidate will enjoy a safe working environment with a reputable, family-owned business.
Main duties
- Design, manufacture, cut, shape, install and finish custom timber works, cabinetry, framework, stairs/handrails/balustrades and associated items, as required
- Work with customers, fellow employees and other trades to ensure that JRCM products are installed on-time, to the highest of standards and in accordance with customer expectations
- Maintain workshop equipment and tools to always ensure a safe and organised work environment
What we Offer
- Base annual salary in the range of AUD $75k to AUD $85k (dependent on experience)
- Contract location is Dudley Park, South Australia
What we are looking for
- Minimum Certificate III qualifications in Carpentry/Joinery (or international equivalent) required
- White Card required
- 12 months+ employment experience required
- Valid driver’s licence required
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings
