ABOUT THE ROLE
Working in this pivotal role, you'll help shape how Prestige Inhome Care is seen, heard and experienced by clients, families, employees and the broader community. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you'll lead our brand, communications and PR activities, building awareness, trust and engagement while supporting the continued growth of the business.
This is a hands-on role that blends strategy with execution. You'll influence brand direction and reputation while creating the campaigns, content and communications that bring our brand to life. From media relations and thought leadership to internal communications and stakeholder engagement, you'll ensure our messaging is clear, compelling and consistent.
A key initial priority will be supporting the integration of Prestige Inhome Care and Omni-Care. You'll also partner with executives and business leaders to deliver communications that support growth, change and strategic business objectives.

You are a strategic communicator who loves building brands and shaping reputation, but you're equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves and delivering the work yourself.
You are an exceptional writer with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with different audiences across multiple channels. Commercially minded and naturally curious, you know how to identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness, engagement and trust while ensuring every communication has a clear purpose.
A strong relationship builder, you enjoy collaborating with stakeholders at all levels and are comfortable balancing competing priorities in a dynamic environment. Most importantly, you're a self-starter who thrives on taking ownership, delivering quality outcomes and finding smarter ways of working.
YOU WILL BRING
- Successful completion of a relevant tertiary qualification.
- Solid experience leading brand, communications and PR activities within complex environments.
- Experience developing and executing integrated brand, communications and content initiatives that drive engagement and awareness.
- Confidence using technology and AI tools to improve productivity, content creation and campaign outcomes.
- Exposure to mergers, acquisitions, brand integrations, rebranding or similar business transformation initiatives highly regarded.
- Experience within health, aged care, community services or another purpose-led sector will be highly regarded
