Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end medical billing and insurance claims processing
Prepare, submit, and track Medicare and private health insurance claims
Reconcile billing accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
Ensure compliance with Australian healthcare billing regulations
Liaise with hospitals, clinics, insurers, and internal finance teams
Maintain accurate patient billing records within MasterCare systems
Identify and fix billing errors to reduce claim rejections
Support monthly reporting and revenue reconciliation processes
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in medical billing, healthcare administration, or insurance coordination
Strong understanding of Medicare, private health funds, and billing workflows
High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
Experience with healthcare systems (MasterCare or similar preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
