- Permanent Part‑Time, 15 hours per fortnight in Rockingham. Tuesday availability required for multidisciplinary meeting + one flexible day
As our Occupational Therapist at Gracehaven, you’ll help residents live with dignity, independence and choice. You’ll complete comprehensive assessments, identify individual capabilities, and design therapeutic interventions that enhance physical, emotional and psychosocial wellbeing.
You’ll contribute to personalised care plans, advocate for resident needs, and use flexible, creative approaches to support residents in exercising control over their daily activities. You’ll also provide clinical guidance to Lifestyle and Therapy teams, ensuring therapeutic objectives are delivered consistently and effectively.
This permanent part‑time role is 15 hours per fortnight, worked across two days — with Tuesday required to attend our multidisciplinary meeting. The second day is flexible and can be arranged to suit your schedule.

You’re an empathetic, confident clinician who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys supporting older Australians. You bring:
Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
Strong understanding of contemporary OT practice in aged care
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to relate to older people with dignity, respect and compassion
Confidence managing a busy workload and shifting priorities
Ability to lead, guide and support team members
Proficiency across a wide range of IT applications
