About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader to lead our Switchboard Builders/Contractors customer service team based in Sydney.
This role is about more than managing day-to-day service activity. It is about coaching and supporting the team to grow in confidence, take ownership of customer outcomes and deliver quality interactions that align with NHP’s Customer Excellence journey.
You will lead a team of Customer Service Consultants, support their development through regular feedback and coaching, and work closely with stakeholders across the business to improve service outcomes, resolve customer issues and identify better ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and support a team of Customer Service Consultants.
- Build a positive, accountable team culture where people feel supported to learn and improve.
- Help embed a customer ownership mindset, with a focus on proactive communication and quality service.
- Use feedback, reporting and performance insights to lift team capability and customer outcomes.
- Manage escalated customer issues and partner with internal teams to deliver timely resolutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, service consistency and the overall customer experience.
About You:
You are a people-focused leader who enjoys coaching others and helping teams perform at their best. You bring a practical, supportive leadership style and understand that great customer experiences start with confident, capable and engaged people.

- Experience in B2B customer service, supply chain or order management would be highly regarded.
