Hotel Manager – Full time
Sydney Boutique Hotel are a small Boutique Hotel opened in 2017, set in the vibrant suburb of Darlinghurst looking for a full time Hotel Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above is preferred.
- If unqualified, at least 3 years relevant experience
- 2 years relevant job experience in hotels in the last 5 years
- High standards of attention to detail and communication skills
- Passon for hotel industry and customer service
Key Responsibilities
- Management and overseeing day to day operations of 16 units
- Management administration and reporting
- Check in and check out guests.
- Overseeing guest bookings and enquiries ensuring that guest data and management reporting is processed efficiently.
- Resolving any guest complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assisting guests with local tourism information, if required
- Ensure high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and safety regulations
- Building and maintaining exceptional relationship with clients
Salary package: $77k - $80k pa, exc. Superannuation.
