Key Responsibilities

Managing in season inventory by identifying performance and non-performing styles.
Meet sales target and achieve margin and inventory level budgets.
Report to other departments and work closely with Production, Design, Marketing, Ecommerce to come up with strategic plan for each season.
Proactively pursue commercial opportunities and seek to minimise markdown risks.
Be on top of emerging runway trends and brands.
Curate styles and ranges best suits the brand/collection.

Experience

3+ years’ experience in fashion, retail and women’s apparel.
Minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
Intermediate level of using Microsoft suite and Adobe.
Great Knowledge of fashion and fabric industry.
Passion for fashion, trends and the brand.
Strong attention to details and accuracy.
Excellent time management skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to make creative and commercial decisions.
