Lead the future of Recruitment Services at Murrumbidgee Local Health District
The Manager, Recruitment Services provides strategic and operational leadership of MLHD's district-wide Recruitment Services function.
Leading a high-performing team, you'll partner with leaders across the District to deliver contemporary recruitment services, strengthen workforce attraction and continue to evolve the service to meet the changing workforce needs of our organisation.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and develop a high-performing Recruitment Services team.
- Develop and implement contemporary recruitment strategies that support MLHD's workforce priorities.
- Provide expert workforce and recruitment advice to senior leaders.
- Drive continuous improvement through the enhancement of recruitment systems, processes and governance.
- Represent MLHD in state-wide workforce forums and strategic partnerships.
