Soma Aesthetica is expanding, and we are looking for talented and experienced Skin Therapist to join our growing team across multiple locations. If you are passionate about beauty, precision, and delivering exceptional client results, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional skin consultations and skin analysis.
- Deliver a range of facial and advanced skin treatments, including:
- - Skin Needling
- - Chemical Peels
- - Deep Cleansing Facials
- - Hydrating and Anti-aging Treatments
- - LED Therapy and other skin procedures (if applicable)
- Recommend suitable treatment plans and skincare products based on clients’ skin concerns and goals.
- Educate clients on pre-treatment and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate client treatment records.
- Ensure treatment rooms, tools, and equipment are clean and comply with hygiene standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and industry trends.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Support retail sales and promote clinic services where appropriate.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Skin Therapist.
- Experience performing Skin Needling and Chemical Peels is required.
- Strong understanding of skin conditions and treatment protocols.
- Excellent communication and consultation skills.
- Attention to detail and professional presentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends if required.
