Whether you’re perfecting a classic Margherita, experimenting with seasonal pasta specials, or ensuring every plate leaves the pass looking irresistible, you’ll be making a real difference to our customers’ experience.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas and pastas to a consistently high standard.
- Handcraft doughs, sauces, and fillings from scratch, using fresh, quality ingredients.
- Collaborate with the team to design and deliver seasonal specials.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
- Manage prep efficiently to keep service smooth during busy periods.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as a pizza chef, pasta chef, or similar role in a busy kitchen.
- Strong skills in dough preparation, pasta making, and Italian cooking techniques.
- A passion for flavour, presentation, and consistency.
- The ability to work well under pressure while keeping a positive attitude.
