Payanak Care Services supports older Australians to live independently and safely at home. We provide CHSP and Home Care Package services across Campbelltown, Wollongong and Nowra.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a compassionate Female Support Worker to provide home domestic cleaning for our Aged Care clients in Wollongong and Nowra.
You will visit clients in their own homes and help them maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Domestic Cleaning: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning
Laundry & Bedding: Washing, drying, bed making
Home Safety: Identify and report any hazards or changes in client wellbeing
Client Support: Provide friendly conversation and companionship
Documentation: Complete timesheets and report notes after each shift
Professionalism: Respect client privacy, cultural background, and independence
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Female applicants only - due to client privacy and preference
Live in Wollong or Nowra area
National Police Check - or willing to obtain
Aged Care Worker Screening Check - or willing to obtain
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Good communication skills and respectful manner
Ability to follow a cleaning plan and work independently
DESIRABLE
Experience in aged care, disability, or cleaning services
Own car and drivers license
First Aid Certificate
Understanding of CHSP and Home Care Packages
WHAT WE OFFER
Pay: $35.00 - $36.50/hr + 11.5% super + penalties + travel
Hours: Flexible Mon-Fri daytime, 2-4 hour shifts
Support: Full induction, training, and ongoing support
