Responsibilities:
1. Operate and manage Anderson CNCs and IMA edgebanders, maintaining efficiency and precision.
2. Prepare and set up materials for machining.
3. Collaborate with the design and production teams to produce high-quality custom components.
4. Perform regular machine maintenance checks.
5. Uphold the highest safety standards in machine operation and overall workplace conduct.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with Anderson CNCs and/or IMA edgebanders is strongly preferred.
- Proficient understanding of reading and interpreting job specifications and drawings.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of wood properties.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
