You have strong experience delivering instructor-led training and consulting to corporate customers. You can take complex topics and make them simple, practical, and relevant to different audiences and skill levels.
You are confident designing and building your own training materials, including presentations, course content, and training videos. You can create engaging learning experiences tailored to client needs, and support end-to-end delivery from design through to execution.
You bring strong consulting skills, including the ability to run workshops, identify use cases, and guide organisations on where and how AI can be applied. You are highly self-motivated, able to prioritise your workload, and manage client expectations effectively.
Ideally, you have hands-on experience with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and other AI solutions. You can confidently guide business users on how to use AI in a secure, practical, and meaningful way.

The Position
We are looking for an AI Consultant and Trainer to deliver instructor-led training, design courses, trainign videos and create training content for business clients.
This role involves delivering remote and occasional onsite sessions, including workshops, webinars, and tailored training programs focused on AI and business technology. You will help clients understand how to apply AI tools in their day-to-day work, often as part of a broader technology or Microsoft 365 rollout.
The role also includes designing training materials, developing course content and videos, and supporting clients with AI use case discovery and adoption.
This is a contract position with flexible hours from 9am to 5pm AEST, ranging from 12 hours per week to 20 plus hours during busy periods.
We provide onboarding, lesson plans, and ongoing support from our team.
You must have:
- ABN
- Experience delivering instructor-led training and consulting in a corporate environment
- Experience with AI tools, Microsoft 365, or business technology
- Ability to design and develop training materials and courses
- Strong ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven consulting and client engagement skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to self-manage, prioritise, and work independently
- Windows laptop for remote and onsite delivery
- Reliable home office setup and high-speed internet
- A genuine passion for AI and continuous learning
Desirable:
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI platforms
- Experience creating training videos or digital learning content
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 in a corporate environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite delivery

Rate: $45.00 – $90.00 per hour depending on task
