The role
This is a front-facing, high-impact position. You'll be the first and last impression our patients have and you'll work directly alongside the practice owner to keep everything running beautifully. No two days look the same.
Patient experience: Scheduling, follow-ups, treatment coordination, and payment plan setup
Practice operations: Billing, records management, inventory, and building systems and protocols
Community & marketing: Social media engagement and responding to patient inquiries
Clinical knowledge: Confidently answering patient questions about treatments, procedures, and options

** Experience in dental, sales, marketing, or business management, highly regarded
** Comfortable with social media, systems, and wearing multiple hats
