Our MBCP program provides specialised support to men who use violence against woman, children and their immediate family. The Senior Practitioner will have a well-rounded knowledge, understanding and experience in the family violence sector that will support the MBCP team.
The Senior Practitioner provides a vital conduit to all aspects of the program and will work closely with the Team Leader to ensure qualitative outcomes whilst meeting quantitively funding requirements.
The candidate we are looking for is someone who has:
- Demonstrated experience working with both adults using violence and victim survivors.
- A commitment to ending violence against woman by working with men who use violence against them.
- A passion and belief around the effectiveness of behaviour change.
- Teamwork is viewed as a necessity to the success of any team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Leadership qualities to empower excellence.
