Responsibilities:
● Occupational Health Assessments and Reporting: Conduct detailed patient assessments, including histories, exams, and diagnostic evaluations, to determine needs and develop tailored treatment plans for functional improvement. Provide clear, compliant reports for medicolegal purposes, aligned with Australian regulatory standards.
● Perform employment-related medical assessments, providing independent, evidence- based medical advice and opinions.
● Treatment and Care Coordination: Suggest exercise plans that address physical, psychological, and social recovery needs, working closely with allied health professionals. Prescribe appropriate medications, exercises, and assistive devices as required.
● Collaborative Case Management and Communication: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare and legal professionals, to deliver expert case management.
