The Naked Baker is looking for an experienced Casual Baker to join our growing team in Mortdale.
This is a flexible role with shifts available across both early mornings and daytime, depending on production requirements. Whether you're an early bird who enjoys starting before sunrise or prefer daytime baking, we'd love to chat.
About the Role
You'll be involved in the daily production of our bakery range, ensuring every product meets our high standards for quality and consistency.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries and baked goods
- Mixing, shaping and baking products to specification
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Assisting with stock rotation and ingredient preparation
- Working efficiently as part of a supportive bakery team
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a commercial bakery
- A passion for quality products and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual and well organised
- Flexible availability for both early morning and daytime shifts
