The role
You're the voice of Cloud 9. Our customers call, text and email you, you look after them, keep them happy, and keep their accounts in order. Half the job is people. The other half is detail: bookings, invoices, follow-ups, records, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound customer calls, emails and messages
- Managing customer accounts end to end, scheduling, changes, billing queries
- Keeping our CRM accurate and up to date
- Following up on outstanding accounts and invoices
- Resolving issues before they become problems
- Working alongside our sales and cleaning teams to keep everything running smoothly
Who we're looking for
- Friendly and bubbly, customers should enjoy talking to you
- Extremely organised, you're the type who colour-codes things and actually enjoys it
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable on the phone and not afraid to pick it up
- Reliable, on time, takes ownership
- Experience in customer service or accounts is a plus, but attitude beats experience here
The details
- Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
- One hour unpaid lunch break, 12:30pm – 1:30pm
- Full-time, in the office five days a week (Surry Hills)
- $75,000 per year including superannuation
