As a Senior Safety Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the construction of critical infrastructure projects across Central & Southern Queensland (CQ/SQ). Working at the forefront of large-scale construction activities, you'll provide expert safety advice that directly influences project outcomes, risk management, and compliance across the business.
In this senior technical role, you'll act as a trusted subject matter expert -partnering closely with project and operational teams to embed effective safety practices from planning through to delivery. You'll have a strong on-the-ground presence, supporting high-risk work environments while also influencing broader strategic outcomes.
Beyond project delivery, you'll play an important role in building capability across the business- mentoring Safety Advisors, coaching leaders, and fostering a culture where safety and sustainability are genuinely valued and integrated into everyday work.
