The House Support Lead plays a crucial role in the Supported Independent Living sector, ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of care and support. Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of support workers, ensuring effective delivery of care services.
- Develop and implement individual support plans tailored to the needs of residents.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews of resident progress and wellbeing.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organisational policies.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members.
- Act as a liaison between residents, families, and external stakeholders.
- Manage daily operations of the house, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Promote a positive and inclusive community atmosphere within the residence.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in health, social care, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the health and safety or supported living sector.

- Current first aid and CPR certification.
