We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Floor Staff to join our team.
Requirements:
- Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate (essential)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
Responsibilities:
- Providing friendly customer service
- Taking orders and serving food and drinks
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the venue
- Assisting with general floor operations
- Working effectively as part of a team
