We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to support the planning, coordination and administration of multiple manufacturing and construction projects. Working closely with project stakeholders, production teams, suppliers and customers, you will coordinate project activities, monitor schedules and resources, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain project, production and delivery schedules to meet customer requirements and business capacity.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect changing priorities, site conditions and resource availability.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, transport providers and internal departments regarding project timelines, deliveries and operational requirements.
- Coordinate delivery bookings, dispatch documentation and logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Assist with resource planning, workforce scheduling and inventory coordination to support project delivery.
- Prepare operational reports, project updates, performance dashboards and scheduling information for management.
- Identify scheduling conflicts, supply constraints and operational risks, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate project records, documentation and administrative systems.
- Work closely with estimating, design, production and warehouse teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project coordination, scheduling and reporting processes.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
The successful applicant will possess:
- A relevant qualification in Business, Project Management, Construction Management or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- At least two years' experience in a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, Program Administrator or similar role.
- Strong organisational, planning and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects and competing priorities.
- High level computer skills, including Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and experience with project scheduling or ERP software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Current Australian driver's licence (desirable).
